Nicole Marrero

Hello, my name is Nicole Marrero, and I am the Fitness Director of a family resort in Northeastern Pennsylvania. With extensive knowledge and deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness, I bring both expertise and heart to every class I lead. Beyond my full-time role, I am also a keynote speaker, sharing inspiration and guidance with individuals in substance abuse recovery and eating disorder recovery. My mission is to show people the power of movement not only for the body, but for healing, empowerment, and transformation. I love movement and music, and my classes reflect that-they are always high-energy, high-vibe, and designed to leave you feeling whole, complete, and fully alive.
