Thea Sweder

My name is Thea and I'm from Norway but have lived in the U.S. the past 8 years. As a former volleyball athlete I love working out and staying fit while traveling to different places. I moved to Vegas at 19 to play college volleyball and get my degrees. When I finished my volleyball career I got into coaching to share my experience, knowledge and passion for fitness. Then once I finished my masters degree I started my own online fitness and nutrition coaching business to be able to have a wider reach and help more people.
