Laurel Fensterstock

Laurel is an attorney by day, and Yoga instructor by night. She strongly believes in the importance of physical and mental wellbeing, and the correlation between the two. She aims to inspire her students to move, listen to, and be aware of their bodies through their Yoga practice so that they can bring that movement, openness and awareness into their everyday lives.  Laurel is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.  She obtained her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in October 2020, and her certification in Restorative Yoga in November 2022.  Laurel is currently pursuing a certification in Trauma Informed Kids Yoga.
