I love helping people be the best version of themselves, with nutrition, exercise, massage with essential oils, infrared, etc. I also an advocate of Amway health products, supplements, vitamins, home health,etc. Healing is within first, inner cellular nutrition, is 80% , fitness is 20%. I love to travel all over the world. Love life and live it loudly. I have energy for days, and light up a room I walk in. Age is a number, and my dna age is younger than my physical age. I even entered a 2017 Body Building competion for my age group and won 3rd in Masters 40+ in bikini, NPC national qualifier
