With over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a passion for movement, a commitment to inclusivity, and a deep understanding of how to motivate and inspire people of all fitness levels. I am certified in Primary Group Exercise through AFAA, and hold additional certifications in SilverSneakers, AFAA Yoga Essentials, and a variety of Les Mills programs including BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, CORE, SHAPES, and BODYBALANCE.
Throughout my career, I’ve taught a wide range of formats—from high-energy HIIT and cycle classes to core-focused sessions like Ab Lab, as well as Pilates and senior fitness. My approach combines solid technique with genuine connection, ensuring that each participant feels challenged, supported, and successful. I am currently teaching classes with a local gym syndicate as well as the YMCA in my region. I love theme classes and work to bring a positive exerpeience to everyone I encounter.
Outside the studio, I’m a two-time Ironman finisher, have completed more than 10 marathons, and continue to stay active in races of all distances. I love to be outside and you can often find me walking or biking with a friend. I’m also a proud mom of three, an avid reader, and a dedicated podcast listener—always seeking fresh ideas and inspiration to bring back to my classes.
Whether it’s in a strength class, on the bike, or on the mat, I strive to lead with energy, empathy, and excellence.
