I practice yoga regularly for over a decade and completed my Teacher Training at YogaTree in 2025. My journey started as a runner, turning to yoga to embrace balance in body and mind. 

As a teacher, I am passionate to help students of all levels to improve their practice, by creating a supportive space to reconnect with their bodies and deepen their self discovery.

I enjoy variety in my teaching, adapting to students’ levels and preferences. From a base of foundational poses, I can maintain gentle or restorative yoga session, or advance to invigorating vinyasa flows. I also have experiences in blending in core strengthening or Pilates-inspired segments, and incorporate pranayama techniques to regulate breathing and promote mindfulness, inner focus and relaxation.
