Hi! I'm a life long fitness and travel enthusiast who is also a certified yoga instructor. I was trained in vinyasa yoga (RYT 200) in June 2021. Since then, I have taught a variety of classes spanning from fast, powerful, challenging and strength driven classes to slower, breath focus, classes. I've started a certification in Prenatal Yoga and have 30 hours of education completed. When I'm not teaching yoga, I work full time in the pharmaceutical industry. I enjoy hanging out with my catahoula leopard / pit bull mix, Pepper and my husband. Our favorite things to do are long walks in the woods and farmer's market weekends. I love fitness of all kinds and have trained for multiple half marathons and lift and do HIIT classes each week. I like to slow down by doing crafts, reading, and going on vacations.
