I'm a recent retiree from the energy industry after 28 years.

I have been a fitness instructor since the age of 18 and have continued my fitness dedication throughout my professional career.

Since retirement in 2024, myself and my husband have stepped up our fitness instruction in the Bluffton, SC area.

From 2013- 2017, we owned and operated a small boutique fitness facility in Bedford, NH . Business name was Anatomic Fitness. In 2017 we sold the business and continued as the gym's lead instructors.
