She is also a Certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist and Group Facilitator. 

Sheri brings a compassionate heart and a deep appreciation for Nondual Shaiva Tantra teachings to her classes, and her work as a Clinical Social Worker.   “Yoga is a path to deeply knowing and loving your True Self.  When we know ourselves with compassion, we can also see the best in others and bring healing and joy to our little corner of the Universe.”
