I have been teaching yoga for over three years on a weekly basis. I typically teach an all-levels flow that integrates vinyasa and hatha styles and principles. My classes are anatomically focused and can be adjusted to meet the needs of highly athletic students or students that are new to fitness and yoga practice generally. I have ample experience teaching non-traditional students including men, military, and high-achieving (type-A) personalities. I am also comfortable with teaching in non-traditional spaces including outdoors or in conference rooms and with minimal to no props. I have taught in retreat settings to include family-friendly practices as well as early morning or stress-reduction focused practices. I am married to an incredible human who teaches and practices graphic design; we have three fur babies and enjoy traveling as much as possible, reading, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, playing foosball, and spending time with loved ones.
