Eileen Rodriguez

As someone who is passionate about health and fitness, I am excited to motivate people to lead active lives. For over six years, I have led Aquatic Fitness classes at the YMCA in Billings, Montana, where I vary the class format to help participants maintain—and even improve—mobility through dynamic and engaging water-based exercise. I love seeing the progress people make and the confidence they gain through movement.

In addition to my role at the YMCA, I work as a Health Coach with LIFTT (Living Independently for Today and Tomorrow), where I lead evidence-based programs such as Tai Chi and SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life). These classes support older adults to prevent falls by maintaining physical activity, balance, and independence. My approach emphasizes education, empowerment, and long-term wellness outcomes.

As a National Board Certified Health Coach, my goal is to educate and inspire adults and seniors to implement lifestyle changes that can prevent age-related illness.
