Maddie has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga for over seven years in diverse settings including yoga studios, gyms, and outdoor community classes. She is passionate about weaving mindfulness, breathwork, and functional fitness into her teaching, creating a practice that feels both grounding and empowering. Maddie completed her 200-hour Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga in December 2017 and continues to share her love of yoga as a pathway to presence, strength, and balance.
