It's taken a decade to find my calling (or listen to God's calling for me... whichever is the better way to say it ;-) ). I spent 4 years at James Madison University, and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I became an ACE certified Personal Trainer. I went back to school at Liberty University and obtained my Masters in Professional Counseling. I became an ACE certified Health Coach. I have been the Director of Health and Wellness for a 4 diamond resort, as well as the director of a Christian school and preschool. I homeschool my precious children. I truly love life. I want to empower you to take control of your health in an earthly manner and love your life too in a way that glorifies God.
