Bonnie Lesser

Since 2022, I’ve been helping others build strength, flexibility, and confidence through personalized fitness and mindful movement. As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in private, goal-focused training programs that are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs—whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or increasing overall wellness.

My passion for movement also extends to group fitness, where I lead energizing Power Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga classes. These flow-based sessions combine strength, endurance, and breathwork to help students build physical and mental resilience in a supportive, empowering environment.

In addition to strength and yoga training, I’m a karate instructor and a certified kickboxing instructor and enjoy volunteering at the local studio. These practices help improve coordination, build cardiovascular endurance, and develop self-defence skills—all while keeping workouts engaging and dynamic.
