I have extensive experience and knowledge for teaching group fitness classes. I bring enthusiasm, energy and passion to my classes every time. and with a great music playlist. I've been teaching for 20 years in many different settings, gyms, private, country clubs and corporate settings. Great cueing , public speaking and class leadership skills. I understand anatomy and biomechanics and teach safe and effective classes, along with excellent ability to multitask when needed. I enjoy teaching dynamic outdoor classes as well as indoor providing exceptional fitness instruction while ensuring a high level of customer service. I create and design my classes to include all levels of abilities for the participants. Promoting a positive and inclusive community environment is important to me when teaching classes.
I can teach a variety of classes, Cycling, Mat pilates ,Yoga, Cycling, Athletic Stretching, Strength and Balance, Active Aging Fitness, Core training , Functional Fitness, Circuit, Bootcamps , water aerobics.
As a fitness enthusiast , I have a passion for a healthy lifestyle , improved physical activity practices and stress reduction techniques to facilitate health and overall well being. I personally train for cycling , swimming and hiking events.
