With over a decade of experience in movement and wellness, I bring a holistic approach to fitness that celebrates the journey at every level. As a multi-sport athlete since youth and former international soccer player, I've experienced firsthand how fitness and longevity become not just goals, but a way of life.

My athletic journey evolved in adulthood to embrace endurance sports including cycling and marathon running, deepening my appreciation for the mental and physical resilience that consistent training builds. This foundation, combined with 10 years of dedicated yoga practice and training in the science of meditation, allows me to guide students through workouts that strengthen both body and mind.

I'm passionate about the dynamic energy that group classes create and believe in the power of cross-training to keep fitness engaging and effective. What excites me most is adapting every session to meet people exactly where they are—whether you're taking your first steps toward wellness or pushing new boundaries, every exercise can be modified to be both approachable and challenging for your unique journey.

As a certified BarreFlow instructor, I love combining elements of toning, strength, and flexibility into flowing sequences that leave you feeling both energized and centered. My classes are designed to celebrate each person's commitment to their wellness journey, creating an inclusive space where everyone can thrive and grow stronger together.
