- Julia Gale
My name is Julia Gale, and I am passionate about helping people reach their personal fitness goals. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX Suspension Training certified, and I hold Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross. I’m also currently completing my 250-hour yoga teacher training to expand my focus on recovery, flexibility, and mindful movement. Additionally, I am pursuing my Master’s in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. I’m constantly working to grow my knowledge and skills so I can give clients the best, most effective, and empowering training experience possible. Whether I’m working one-on-one or leading a group class, I always aim to create a positive and welcoming space where everyone feels capable, strong, and motivated. I currently work as a health fitness specialist in corporate fitness.
In addition to personal training and group instruction, I recently had the opportunity to present at the Southeastern Collegiate Fitness Expo, where my coworker and I led a session about the class we taught together called Lift Like a Girl. The class was designed to help women build confidence in the gym by teaching proper lifting technique and form in a supportive environment — an experience that reinforced my passion for creating inclusive fitness spaces.
