My favourite exercise is anything to do with Kettlebells, I have practiced girevoy for 4 years back in Brazil and the kettlebells bring me right back!
I believe movement classes are the best way to build community and accountability in your strength training journey. With a positive and friendly energy I enjoy motivating my team to go beyond mental limitations and above all to have fun!
