Since 2002, Stacy Crain has inspired people to live healthier, stronger, and more vibrant lives through movement. She began her fitness career at UNC Health Care in Chapel Hill, NC, and has spent over 23 years teaching group exercise, including indoor cycling, kettlebells, weightlifting, and aquatic training. Since 2018, Stacy has shared her expertise at Joy Cycle, Embark Fitness, and most recently at the Athletic Club of Bend in Oregon.

Now teaching fitness full-time, Stacy is re-certifying in personal training certifications to bring the most up-to-date knowledge and energy to her classes. Known for her high-energy rhythm rides, her cycling classes are set to motivating beats and emphasize correct form, riding to the music, and positive motivation, leaving participants sweaty, challenged, and empowered. She has also mentored new instructors and created supportive, engaging, and fun environments for participants of all levels.

Stacy holds dual bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design from North Carolina State University and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional. Outside of fitness and design, she enjoys exploring Oregon and hiking with her husband, son, and two poodles.
