With a passion for both physical and mental strength,Jessica is a dynamic strength group fitness instructor at Solidcore. For the past year, she has been inspiring and empowering clients through high-intensity, transformative classes that focus on building not only physical strength but also resilience and inner power.

Jessica believes that exercise is more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself, challenge your limits, and embrace the journey of growth. Her teaching philosophy revolves around making fitness fun while pushing individuals to unlock their full potential, both mentally and physically. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a beginner, she creates a welcoming space where everyone feels motivated and supported.

Outside of teaching, Jessica is constantly exploring new ways to stay inspired and deepen her understanding of fitness, always bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm to her classes.
