I'm a small town Wisconsin girl with a huge heart for travel and all things self-care. I live in the country with my husband, our daughter, 3 dogs and many chickens. I love being outside in the warm months to tend to my garden and flower beds. I currently own a yoga studio and massage therapy practice, and it's my passion to help people heal and feel good in their body.
My love of teaching and guiding others took over during my yoga teacher training, and I knew I was meant to share this gift with others. My personal yoga practice has changed and morphed over the years. I initially enjoyed powerful vinyasa flow classes to build strength, then moved into loving hot classes where I could focus on getting deeper into poses and now, I'm perfectly content exploring gentler classes with a stronger focus on meditation and breath.
My teaching style will leave you feeling challenged in ways you didn't expect, while still being comforted and supported with my steady, gentle tone of voice. I blend stillness with strong movements for a class that is accessible to a wide range of people.
