Gillian Filer is a dedicated fitness professional, yoga instructor, and personal trainer whose journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for movement. Before she began leading classes and coaching clients, Gillian was a student-athlete at Georgia Tech, competing in both cross country and track. Her collegiate experience instilled the discipline, resilience, and mental toughness that now shape the way she teaches and inspires others.
With over six years of teaching experience, Gillian has taught across multiple modalities—including yoga, HIIT, strength, sculpt, mobility, breathwork, and cycling. She currently teaches at CorePower Yoga and YogaBox, while also offering private training and tailored fitness programming for clients of all backgrounds. Gillian is NASM-certified and deeply committed to creating classes that balance intensity with intention, helping students build strength, confidence, and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
Her coaching style is dynamic yet accessible, blending the technical expertise of a trainer with the heart of a motivator. Drawing on her personal journey as an elite gymnast turned runner, and her transition from athletics into professional fitness, Gillian understands the physical and mental demands of high performance as well as the importance of sustainable wellness.
