Hi! My name is Allie!
I’ve been coaching fitness since 2021, starting out in Seattle, WA where I quickly discovered how much I love helping people feel stronger and more confident just as instructors have inspired me in the past! It was because of a specific cycle instructor at a studio I was frequently attending that made me want to pursue becoming an instructor myself. I began my coaching career in cycling and group strength/HIIT classes down in Seattle and have since coached a variety of formats including small group training, core, and strength at a few other studios!
That passion led me to become a certified personal trainer, giving me the chance to connect with clients on a deeper level and tailor programs to their unique goals. Recently, I also earned a specialization in pre- and postnatal training, and I’m continuing my education to expand the ways I can support women through every stage of life.
Alongside coaching, I work remotely for a women’s health physical therapy office, which has deepened my perspective on movement, recovery, and the importance of a whole-body approach to health. At the core of everything I do is the belief that fitness should empower women to feel strong, capable, and confident both in and out of the gym.
