- I am Diana From Canada and have been involved in the fitness field since the late 80's. I worked part time a local gym to put myself through University and obtained an Honours degree in Kinesiology. I worked full time as a teacher, (in the educational system) for many years and recently retired. I continued to teach fitness classes part time and grew my portfolio to include a variety of certifications, (yoga instructor, spin, hydrorider, barre, step, hiit, water /aqua fit and POUND).
- I am a certified first aid, CPR and BLS instructor
I am currently the Group Fitness Coordinator at the local gym (Crunch) and teach group fitness classes there and I also teach waterfit, and yoga at the City of Hamilton Recreation Department.
Being retired, I now have the time and freedom to pursue my dreams of travelling and teaching fitness.
Hopefully through FitBodies I can combine my passion for teaching with my passion for travel.
