Ali has been passionate about movement all her life. She got certified in yoga in 2009. 

After becoming a mom in 2012, she noticed the importance of yoga for her own mental health and began advocating Self-Care for Moms and families, teaching the importance of self-care for a healthy family system and work-life balance. 

Ali inspires women to incorporate a daily self-care practice into their busy lives, and encourages them to model self-care for their coworkers and families. 

She is trained in: Alignment, Yoga for Mental & Emotional Health, and Therapeutics & Recovery.

She helps you cultivate resilience, restore balance, and prioritize your well-being in the workplace and life.
