Nicole Jacques is a yoga instructor rooted on Mount Desert Island, Maine, where she curates personalized yoga sessions and bespoke wellness retreats for individuals and small groups. A Yoga Alliance–registered instructor, Nicole teaches both hot and traditional styles of yoga from inside her home-based, temperature-controlled studio.
