Jasmyn Cote is a certified pilates instructor with a background in personal training, nutrition, and physiotherapy assistance. Her love of movement began early through dance, swimming, and running, and grew into a true passion for fitness during her university years. Over time, she explored a variety of disciplines—including bodybuilding, CrossFit, and yoga—before finding her balance and purpose in Pilates.

Outside the studio, Jasmyn enjoys running, traveling, and reading. She is passionate about making movement accessible, empowering, and enjoyable, helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.
