Ashley Nesbitt

I grew up running wild in Winchester, NH and now live in Keene with my husband, Anthony, our rescue pups, Boss and Milly, and our cat, Winston! I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Forensic Science from Loyola University New Orleans and am a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and 500HR Registered Yoga Teacher. When I’m not teaching I can be found with my head stuck in a book, causing a ruckus with my sisters or playing pet-parents with my husband. We spend a ton of our time renovating our dream home and walking the pups in the woods. I am never without a smile and love to teach all things ridiculous and silly - especially booty classes! I fully believe that exercise should be an emotional release as well as a physical one. I have three goals for my students: sweat, laugh and let GO! If you are nervous to work out, haven’t worked out in a long time, or just don’t know where to start, I’m your girl!
