Alex Nelson- Johnson

As a previous college athlete I loved challenging and pushing my body. Towards the end of my collegiate career I found yoga. This is established a beautiful blend of things I loved, movement and mindfulness. Little did I know that one class would be the catalyst in my fitness career. Since then I’ve completed my 200 hour with Power Life and my 300 hour with Yoga Renew. I currently run a 200 hour yoga program and have trained over 100 yoga teachers. What I love about the asana side of yoga is the opportunity to have fun, be creative and find your edge. 

I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. Hope to have you in class soon!
