* Bio: Cathy is a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and also holds a certification in Spinning from Mad Dog Athletics, Pilates Mat and Sport Yoga, with Spencer Pilates, Mat & Swiss Ball Certified from N.E.S.T.A.
* Certified Personal trainer with N.A.S.M.
* Holding current CPR and first aide certificates with the American Heart Association. She teaches a variety of classes including Indoor Cycling (Spin), classic step 101, Hi-Low Aerobics, Cardio Cross Training, Cardio Kick box, Abs and Buns, Sport Yoga Vinyassa, Urban rebounding, Certified Personal trainer & Nutrition Coach, core strength, Total body Power Sculpt, power pilates and Gentle Stretch (dancer’s stretches, gentle yoga, active stretch and pilates mix). Cathy has taken great pleasure in being a Fitness Instructor since 1994 and has a passion for helping members achieve a higher level of fitness. She is also a travel coordinator and lead singer of a rock n roll band.

Efficiency, intensity in a well-rounded class’ that keep people inspired and in shape! Emphasis on Safety, proper form and the 5 aspects of fitness, coupling with the Phases. I.e. stabilization, endurance, strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility.
