Priti is a Canadian of East Indian descent who is a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  She has been teaching pilates and yoga since 2019.  She fell into teaching accidentally when her class asked her to substitute for the instructor who was caught in a snowstorm.  Her classes are fun, challenging and welcoming for all.  Yoga, pilates, meditation and sound bath have been healing tools for mind, body and soul for Priti and it is her goal to share these with her students.  When she is not on the mat two of her favourite places are the weight room or on one of her five bikes. She has travelled to 70 countries and looks forward to guiding in your destination.
