Heather Bittinger

With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people reach their full potential—physically, mentally, and beyond. I’m NASM, Cooper Institute, and Les Mills certified, and I combine evidence-based training with motivation and accountability to help clients achieve lasting results.
 
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in nearly every area of fitness, including one-on-one personal training, corporate wellness programs, outdoor fitness boot camps, group fitness classes, and online coaching. I’ve also served as a Director of Personal Training, leading and mentoring teams of trainers while designing programs that inspire transformation and growth.
 
As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the discipline and dedication it takes to perform at your best. I’ve competed in several fitness competitions and continue to challenge myself through obstacle course and HYROX racing—pushing limits and having fun along the way.
 
For me, fitness is more than just a workout—it’s a way of life that builds strength, confidence, and resilience in every area of who we are.
