I have had the pleasure of teaching a variety of group fitness classes for over 30 years. It's been my life's passion. I find that assisting through motivation, coaching and exercising righ alongside the members creates a fun and engaging class. I have a very outgoing personality and always inject humour into my classes along with age appropriate music and moves to ensure everyone is challenged and successful. I make it my mission to have people feeling much better after attending my classes. The principles of training I follow are safety first followed by multi-level options so everyone who joins my class can do the work. I encourage recoveries for those who need it and challenges for those looking to increase their fitness abilities. I am a very well rounded fitness professional who can teach a wide variety of classes, sometimes at a moment's notice. I am a very fit women who defies what aging is and am a positive role model for all genres. I teach an average of 12-18 classes a week and all of my classes are usually waitlisted. I have a love of travel and meeting new people and I am confident that I would be a valuable contributor to your organization.
