Julianna Parker

I began teaching group exercise classes over 20 years ago in college. Encouraging people in their current fitness stage, creating an environment where people are comfortable, welcomed, and inspired brings me great joy! Over the years I've taught a variety of classes including kickboxing, yoga, pilates, barre, aqua fitness, aqua tabata, aqua boxing, tabata on land, barre, cardio strength, and cycle. For over 7 years I served as the Fitness Director at the YWCA, and now work full time in Human Resources for a company that owns and operates senior living facilities. I continue to teach at the YMCA. I'm a mother of identical twin boys and enjoy making memories with friends and family.
