Known for her grounded presence and heartfelt approach, Sarah has built a career leading yoga outdoors in open-air spaces, where the natural world becomes part of the practice. She specializes in traditional Hatha Yoga and the Chakra Yoga System, guiding students to explore the deeper energetic dimensions of their bodies and breath. Her classes are steady and soulful — rooted in tradition, yet alive with curiosity and joy. Sarah holds a degree in Positive Psychology from the University of British Columbia, where she studied the relationship between nature and human happiness. Her lifelong love for the Earth informs everything she shares — from the way she teaches, to the spaces she creates. A trained sound healer and Art of Breathing facilitator, Sarah incorporates the power of vibration and conscious breath to support balance, healing, and inner clarity. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her paddle boarding, hiking, writing poems, researching quantum physics, camping, talking to animals or cooking something nourishing ideally over an open fire.
