My personal journey in fitness started as a child, always wanting to be active, which led to participating in a range of high-school sports, then down the path of military service in the United States Marine Corps. After 4 years of active-duty service, I've spent the last 16 years in the health & wellness space as a personal trainer, group fitness coach, fitness model, brand ambassador, training manager, program developer, event host, boutique gym co-founder & corporate wellness curator.
It is my philosophy that our physical bodies are the summation of our daily habits & actions. So, if we seek to create a change, then our actions must reflect. Identifying & Investing time into creating better habits & routines is the first step towards leading a better quality of life.
