Kim McIntyre is a certified yoga and fitness instructor, retreat leader, and the founder of Serenity Fit(t) Yoga & Wellness — a community dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and balance. Kim’s programs are fully certified in both yoga and fitness, reflecting her passion for teaching classes that are safe, challenging, and deeply restorative.
With extensive experience teaching at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, Kim brings a well-rounded approach that integrates strength training, functional movement, breathwork, and mobility into every practice. Her offerings include stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga, equestrian yoga, boxing fusion, and multi-day wellness retreats throughout Northern Ontario.
Whether on the mat, on the water, or outdoors in nature, Kim creates inclusive, empowering spaces that encourage connection — with the body, the mind, and the world around us. Her philosophy is simple: wellness should feel accessible, joyful, and sustainable for everyone.
