My fitness journey began later in life, in my 50’s. Starting with teaching boxing to women for fitness and realizing how I was helping empower women of all ages. That ignited a passion that would transform my life. My curiosity about anatomy led me to explore various disciplines, eventually discovering pilates. After researching the many different academies, I obtained my certification in anatomy, mat, reformer and more from Australia. I am very commitmented to my clients' success in feeling their best. When I am teaching, it is very important for my environment to be supportive and inclusive.
I am a 57yr old single mom of 2 girls, 26yrs & 24yrs, maybe I should say 2 women, who I am very proud of!
I can incorporate a little Boxing into my Pilates class for a little cardio or even teach a boxing class.
I have taught group classes and one on one training for boxing and Pilates.
