Susan is a Yoga Alliance certified (200 H) Yoga teacher and also teaches Mindfulness and Meditation. She brings her wealth of experience in corporate life as a Financial Services Executive to help others reduce their stress and create a sustainable practice that works for them. Susan is passionate about enabling a meaningful, applicable and effective reduction in stress.
Susan knows first-hand that in a busy live with work, family and other demands on our time, it’s difficult to stay centered and take care of ourselves. She has learned strategies that have helped her that include mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and yoga.
Susan has been teaching mindfulness for the past 8 years and Yoga, Pilates and other group exercise programs since 2022. She gets an extreme amount of satisfaction and energy from helping others change their lives by managing their mental and physical health better.
She lives south-west of Philly with her husband and frequently can be found outside in the garden, meditating or on her mat.
