I’m so happy to connect with you! I’m a dedicated yoga teacher with over 23 years of personal practice and teaching experience since 2017. My journey has led me through deep studies at Ananda Ashram and Sivananda Ashram, where I learned not just physical alignment, but how to live yoga as a path to joyful, conscious living.
My teaching style is both grounded and uplifting—I weave together movement, breathwork, stretching, and deep relaxation to support your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken inner clarity. Whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, balance, or just a little peace in your day, my classes offer a safe, welcoming space for you to grow and glow.
I also specialize in working one-on-one with women and children of all abilities, combining yoga with my background in special education and mindfulness to support focus, regulation, communication, and confidence.
