Stacey Kelly-Gil

I’m a yoga and fitness instructor with a background in health care and nearly two decades immersed in movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. My passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies, find strength through mindful movement, and experience the joy that comes from feeling balanced and empowered.

My teaching journey began in 2017 after completing my Fitness Theory and Group Fitness Certifications. A year later, I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and soon after became the owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kensington — a vibrant studio community offering a unique yoga-fitness fusion experience. I’ve loved growing this space, leading classes, and guiding a team of instructors who share my belief that movement is medicine.

I absolutely love creating classes that meet people where they’re at — encouraging proper form, breath, and alignment while keeping things fun, motivating, and accessible. Whether I’m teaching in-studio, hosting retreats, or leading beachside sessions abroad, my goal is always to help others feel grounded, strong, and inspired — inside and out.
