I have been a fitness enthusiast ever since I was born! Just thinking about working out, keeping fit and sharing my knowledge with others is a highlight of my life! I feel like a sponge...always seeking new, cutting edge information to improve my classes and encourage them to be the best they can be. During the day, I teach social studies at a local middle school. At night and during school vacations, I am an aqua instructor, yogalates instructor, and a fitness yoga instructor. Inbetween times, I take weights classes, kickboxing classes, spinning classes, yoga classes, and pilates classes. When I'm not doing any of those activities, I'm out riding my bike, walking, hiking, downhill skiing, and/or cross country skiing. As you can see, I absolutely love to be active!!
