Diana Campbell is a certified RYT200 yoga instructor and Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) leader, offering trauma-informed and heart-centered classes. With a background in wellness, recovery, and community engagement, Diana creates safe, inclusive spaces for self-discovery and healing.
Her teaching weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and spiritual reflection to support individuals on their path to recovery and wholeness. Diana believes yoga is a practice of remembering—coming home to the body, the breath, and the present moment.
