I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level 1 practitioner dedicated to teaching a blend of slow flow and restorative yoga practices to help students find balance, clarity, and calm. My classes integrate pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness, offering a holistic experience that nourishes both body and mind. I am professional and create a welcoming environment where every student feels encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. Whether leading an energizing slow flow or a deeply restful restorative session, my teaching is grounded in compassion, connection, and presence.  I am also formally trained in Emotional Regulation Strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindful Based Stress Reduction, all tools I use to teach people to become aware of the body and mind to cultivate a calm presence.  I run weekly classes teaching flow and restorative yoga, my Instagram at mind_ful_moves.
