Brooklyn completed her 400-hour comprehensive Pilates certification through East River Pilates and Good Day Pilates in New York City, where she developed a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary methods. Since then, she’s worked with a wide range of clients across group and private formats, including advanced, foundations, jumpboard, all-levels, and pre/postnatal. She prides herself on thoughtful, adaptive teaching that blends strength, stretch, active mobility, and mindfulness.
Her classes are designed with intentional modifications, progressions, and sequencing, using a mix of tactile, verbal, visual, and kinesthetic cues to support different learning styles. Brooklyn strives to spark those lightbulb moments that help clients discover a deeper mind-body connection throughout class.
Brooklyn fosters an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone can show up exactly as they are and experience a genuine sense of belonging. She believes Pilates should be accessible to every body, regardless of fitness level or experience, and remains dedicated to continuous education, always seeking new ways to expand her teaching and provide the most informed, empowering experience possible.
