Linda Brawner

As a Certified Fitness Instructor and Program Director, Linda is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer, a Yoga and Pilates Certified Instructor (200 Hr. each), and a Certified & Licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist (CNMT).  She’s also certified and experienced in teaching Low & High Impact Aerobics, Aqua Fitness, Spinning /Cycling, Flexible Strength and Core Strength, Reebok Step, Kick Boxing, Pink Gloves Boxing, Circuit Training, TRX, Core Strength.

Linda’s life goal is to teach others how to be functionally fit and healthy through proper exercise and movement.  Her body of knowledge and training has provided a foundation for personal growth, health and mental well-being, inspiring her to share all of its benefits with others.

Whether you are a beginning, intermediate, or advanced Fitness, Yoga, or Pilates participant, Linda teaches fitness classes to meet all fitness and experience levels to encourage everyone to enjoy her classes and achieve their personal fitness goals.
