Liana Galardi is a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, and is a certified group fitness instructor through Burn Bootcamp University and CycleBar.
With nearly four years as a lead fitness instructor and personal trainer at major NY & NJ studios and fitness franchises—plus a lifelong athletic career—saying Liana has a nuanced understanding of the body and fitness is an understatement.
Her own journey through athletics and injury has shaped her approach: creating workouts that not only deliver results but also keep you moving safely for the long run. She designs dynamic, energizing sessions that get you out of your own way, and remind you that fitness can (and should) be fun.
Drawing from her years as a Division 1 athlete, degree in psychology, and other leadership and coaching experience (not to mention her certifications in Wardrobe Styling), Liana brings her well-rounded professional experience and unique brand of motivation to her group and private sessions.
