Lynley Mannell

 

Lynley Mannell has been practicing yoga for over 22 years and teaching since completing her 200-hour certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She is also certified in Yin Yoga, and her classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and introspection to create space for both physical release and mental clarity.

Lynley teaches 2–3 times a week across a range of settings — from large studio classes of 40+ students to intimate small-group practices, including gym settings. She brings an inclusive, grounded approach to every session. Her teaching is inspired by the belief that yoga is not about flexibility but connection: to the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Drawing on decades of personal practice, Lynley’s classes balance strength and stillness, structure and softness. Students can expect a calm yet focused energy, thoughtful sequencing, and space to meet themselves exactly where they are.
