Maddie is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, barre-certified teacher, and a licensed professional therapist specializing in mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, she brings the discipline and dedication of her collegiate athletic background into every class.
Mads is committed to creating an energizing, supportive environment where students feel grounded, inspired, and connected. She loves blending her therapeutic expertise with fitness instruction to help students build strength, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a meaningful mind–body practice. Whether guiding mindful breathwork or leading a dynamic barre sequence, Maddie's goal is always the same: to help each student feel seen, empowered, and capable.
