Hi, I’m Anna! I’m a movement lover, fitness creator, and founder of Anna K Fitness. I teach cycle, dance, barre, yoga, and functional strength—all blended with musicality, flow, and feel-good athleticism. My mission is to help women feel adventurous, athletic, and confident through smart, efficient workouts.
After overcoming neuropathy and rebuilding my strength and balance, I bring a grounded, encouraging approach to every class. My motto is movement is my passport—it keeps me ready for travel, adventure, and everything life throws my way. I’m so excited to bring that same energy to Fit Bodies.
